Here, the Executive Board and other participants were given a low-threshold
the management of associations. The basics and principles of association
management were explained in the form of input presentations. The
participants also had the opportunity to discuss what they had learned in exercises in small groups and
to advise each other in a peer-to-peer session. Finally, there was also room for discussion and
